Linux distributions : an abbreviation of the linux distribution, which is a computer operating system and applications on unix families who use the linux kernel. This linux distro usually in the form of free software and paid software. Examples of popular linux distributions, including RedHat Enterprise, SuSE, Debian, Mandriva, etc.. There are also distribution to the children, like ubuntu, knoppix, and Sandros.
